Established on October 21, 1997, PT Artha Daya Coalindo (ADC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PT Indonesia Power. Kerja Sama

Kerja sama perdana ke PLTU Suralaya 1–7.

2004

Transportasi Laut

Mulai bisnis transportasi batubara via laut dengan PT Berau Coal & PT Kideco Jaya Agung ke PLTU Suralaya 1–7.

2006

Pembongkaran

Mulai mengelola jasa pembongkaran batubara di PLTU Suralaya 1–7.

2012

Pelabuhan Terbatas

Dipercaya mengelola Pelabuhan Terbatas PLTU Suralaya 1–7.

2014

Ekspansi

Memperluas bisnis pembongkaran batubara ke PLTU Banten 1 Suralaya.

2017

Registrasi & Ekspansi

Memiliki tanda registrasi pengangkutan & penjualan batubara, mengelola pelabuhan Banten 2 Labuan, Banten 3 Lontar, Adipala, serta ekspansi O&M Kapal Keruk di PLTU Grati.

2018

Izin Usaha

Memiliki IUP OPK (Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi Khusus) untuk pengangkutan dan penjualan batubara.

2019

Transportasi Vessel

Perusahaan mulai mengoperasikan berbagai jenis vessel untuk distribusi batubara PT Bukit Asam ke PLTU Suralaya 1–7 serta memperluas layanan O&M kapal keruk ke PLTU Banten 2 Labuan sebagai bagian dari strategi penguatan portofolio maritim

2020

Biomassa

Memasuki bisnis biomassa mendukung co-firing performance test di PLTU Adipala, Suralaya 1–7, Lontar, dan Pelabuhan Ratu.

2021

Ekspansi Biomassa

Produksi lanjut biomassa ke PLTU Suralaya 1–7, Banten 1, Labuan, Lontar, Pelabuhan Ratu, Adipala, Jeranjang. Pembongkaran batubara di TUKS Suralaya.

2022

Barge & Inovasi

Mulai menyediakan moda barge & vessel skema FOB ke PLTU Suralaya 1–7. Inovasi multi winner procurement untuk biomassa.

2023

Produksi Biomassa

Mulai produksi biomassa mendukung co-firing di Sintang & Sanggau, serta performance test di Teluk Sirih.

2024

Ekspor & Ekosistem

Ekspor batubara ke Malaysia & China. Suplai woodpellet untuk industri non-kelistrikan. Kembangkan ekosistem biomassa HTE di Labuan & Cilacap.
